We only use 4 inch SDR35 drainpipe. We prime and glue all underground fittings to prevent water from getting out and roots from getting in.
Yes, we are licensed and insured to protect both our employees and our clients. We also carry Workman's Comp.
The client has the option to keep excess dirt, but we will always remove excess dirt and material as part of the project. We always seed and straw any bare dirt area we create.
We warranty our workmanship. We also guarantee that drainpipes are install with a slight slope. There is no code for storm water drainpipes, but we try to stick with at least the 1/8th inch drop per foot.
No, only our employees will be on our jobs. The only exception would be to have another professional their own field do their own work as part of our project. I.e. HVAC tech to move an AC unit for work, Electrician, etc.
